Spice up your evening with Chef Helen Lampkin in the HKS Kitchen. In this taco and salsa-themed cooking class, youll learn how to kick the traditional tastes of taco night up several tasty notches! To set the mood for the evenings cooking fiesta, youll start with a chef-prepared pomegranate guacamole served with warm tortilla chips. For the hands-on portion of class, youll be making fresh, from-scratch flour tortillas andverde avocado salsathat will both pair tastily with chef’s braised beef and New Mexico red chile salsa when the time comes to build your tacos. The evening is packed with savory dishes, but youll finish the night on a sweet note with some of Chef Helens Christmas crunch, a sweet snack mix treat. Be sure to join us for this fun, flavorful, and festive culinary celebration. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Must be 21+ to attend.
