Your dessert game is about to get a lot more decadent. Chef Elisha Sewell is heading into the HKS Kitchen for a class sure to put the cherry on top of your dessert-making skills. Before class begins, youll enjoy a charcuterie spreadto snack on while you work. Then, Chef Elisha will show you just how easy it is to make dessert magic happen by bringing rich chocolate and sweet cherries together. Youll start by learning how to make one delicious chocolate hazelnut cloud cake. While thats baking, youll turn your attention to two must-have toppings cherry sauce and dairy-free hot fudge sauce. And Chef will be bringing homemade stracciatella ice cream – vanilla packed with strands of chocolate goodness to share. By the evenings end, youll have created a show-stopping dessert packed with layers of indulgent allergy-friendly goodness like youve never tasted before. Note: While this class, including the small bites, is gluten-free and dairy-free, it is NOT nut-free.Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
