As soon as you pull a chair up to the table, a savory, flaky sausage roll appetizer will be ready for you to devour. Then youll spend the rest of the evening rolling up your sleeves to create classic British pub dishes. Youll learn to serve up three delicious dishes that will transport your taste buds across the pond shepherds pie, bangers and mash, and crispy, cheesy Halloumi fries served with sweet chili mayo. This class combines traditional pub favorites with hands-on techniques for a fun, flavorful evening that brings the best of Britains pub cuisine to your table.Recipes will be provided. MEET THE CHEF:
Chef Meleahs interest in food blossomed as she grew up with Southern food and family recipes but quickly evolved. Shes an Arkansas born and raised but has called both NYC and London home. She loves traveling and learning about international cuisines and then using that for inspiration in her kitchen.
Meleah spent 10 years in the design industry before deciding to pursue a career in food. Fast forward to 2021 she moved to London and enrolled in Leiths School of Food and Wine Diploma program, one of the UKs top culinary programs.
A private chef and caterer, she is excited about being able to bring a variety of cuisines and flavors to your table.
