Youll begin with an appetizer of crispy, goldenpork-filled egg rolls packed with savory goodness. Then youll learn how to prepare tender bulgogi beef. The hallmark of Korean barbecue, this flavorful dish ismarinated in a sweet savory sauce featuring soy, sesame, garlic, ginger, and more. To round out the meal, youll also make two zesty side dishes kimchi cucumbers and carrot slaw. Each side dish offers the perfect balance of spice and freshness to highlight this flavorful menu. My name is Shaan Choppala, Im the founder of Cajindian Cuisine. I grew up eating homemade South Indian curry, and I started my business to make it possible for anyone to experience authentic Indian food at home. My sauce has 15 spices and herbs, is gluten free, and has the right balance of heat. I cant wait to share this experience with you!
