Join Baker Angela Korbe in the HKS Kitchen for a decadent cake decorating class centered around everyones favorite flavorchocolate! During the class, youll master the art of creating silky chocolate buttercream and a luscious chocolate ganache from scratch. Then, youll practice essential decorating techniquesfrom smooth, elegant finishes to simple yet stunning drip designsusing the bakers 4-inch pre-made moist chocolate cake. Before you know it, your cake will be transformed into a show-stopping dessert that tastes as incredible as it looks. Light snacks will be served. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person. Minors 12+ are permitted to attend only if accompanied by a ticketed adult.

MEET THE BAKER
Angela Korbe is a self-taught baker specializing in custom cakes, cookies, and macarons. She is a self-proclaimed pie lady and a hobby sourdough bread baker as well. When not in the kitchen, youll find her outdoors with her family, teaching ceramics at the local community center, or in her garden.
She is the owner and baker of Wildflours Kitchen. She started her business in 2020 out of a combination of an art degree and a passion for baking. What started as a sourdough bread business has bloomed into highly detailed baked goods for special events.
