Join us for an approachable twist on an Italian holiday classic as Helen Lampkin leads you through a reimagined Feast of the Seven Fishes – designed with the home cook in mind. This hands-on cooking class simplifies the traditional Italian-American Christmas Eve celebration while keeping all the soul, flavor, and joy of the original. We’ll kick off the night with a beautiful Antipasti Platterfeaturing tortellini bites, sardines in mustard sauce and crackers, smoked salmon crostini, and marinated olives. Next, guests will roll up their sleeves to create stunning Mini Ahi Tuna Poke Stacks, a fresh and fun bite that brings modern flair to the table. From there, Helen will guide you through the art of making Linguine with Clams in White Sauce, a classic dish full of briny depth and perfect for cozy gatherings.Finally, well bring it all home with a showstopping Seafood Boil overflowing with crab, mussels, and shrimp, served alongside crusty bread to soak up all that delicious broth.This isnt just a cooking classits a celebration of family, love, and sharing around the table. Recipes will be provided. Tickets are priced per person.
