To kick things off, youll enjoy chef-prepared mini BLT biscuits with creamy California avocado aioli and spicy tomato jam. Then, youll huddle up to make several hearty, favorites like tamale dip packed with chicken, corn, cheese, and green chilis, and easy make-ahead calzones filled with chicken, pesto, and mozzarella. Plus, youll make a pot of California green chile stew with tender pork and be offered a special beer pairing during the class. To finish, be ready to indulge in sweet peanut cluster brownies prepared by the chefa perfect treat that scores big with every fan.
