Youll start with bites of refreshingly sweetpeach and avocado corn ceviche cups served with blue corn tortillas. Then youll move on to the main course and learn to make hearty artichoke tacos topped with red cabbage slaw and creamy poblano plant-based cheese sauce. And to finish, youll enjoy a light and elegant dessert peaches with raspberry sorbet topped with tangy lime crema a sweet, citrusy finale that proves vegetarian cooking can be both wholesome, indulgent, and worth celebrating.
